Our Story

Cabbagetown has always been one of Toronto’s most vibrant neighbourhoods—full of history, culture, and small businesses that give it a unique charm. From cozy cafés and family-run shops to creative studios and professional services, there’s no shortage of talent and entrepreneurship here.

But there’s a problem: the information about these businesses is scattered. A local café might have a Facebook page, a salon might only post on Instagram, and a caterer might rely on word-of-mouth alone. For residents and visitors, discovering all that Cabbagetown has to offer isn’t as simple as it should be.

That’s why we built a local version of Instagram—focused entirely on businesses. Our platform brings together shops, services, and side hustles in one place, making it easier for people to find, connect, and support local entrepreneurs.

We believe that showcasing businesses visually—through photos, videos, and stories—does more than just advertise. It introduces the people behind the work, helps members share their side hustles, and strengthens the sense of community that makes Cabbagetown so special.
